Uncommon pair of side by side clothing chests with Keyaki (red elm wood) drawer fronts and Hinoki (cedar) casing with Kiri (Paulownia) interiors.The fronts ornamented with heavy wrought iron lock plates and corner brackets in the Matsumoto style. One chest with small "hiki-do" on lower right side that opens to reveal 3 smaller drawers. Together with a set of five original keys.
