Japanese forged iron votive candle stand in the form of a hoju no tama. The tear drop like hoju no tama, or jewel of wish fulfillment, with twelve Iron rings to hold small candles or oil dishes. The hoju no tama is thought to grant wishes by bestowing enlightenment and thus removing all worldly desires and wishes. The hoju no tama set to the back of a rectangular oil catching tray.
